Don't forget Tishbi, also near Binyamina. They do a very enjoyable wine and choclate tasting (the chocolate is French brand Valrhona) and a cheap "fill your own bottle from the barrel" with a recent vintage. This latter is also available at the Tishbi restaurant in Zichron Yaakov.
